Weight lifting sessions will be held of out Redline Athletics in Gig Harbor, WA! Sessions will 75 minutes long Program used is sport specific and changes every 10-12 weeks!

Session will be held over a Zoom video call, using screen share. Will use player supplied game film to teach players how to analyze themselves on film. What to look for, alternate decisions, situational analysis. Goal is to improve soccer IQ. Film sessions can be scheduled up to 9pm Monday-Friday
